How we run a painting project
Every project starts with a walk-through and a written scope: surfaces, square footage, products, colors and the hours we can work. You approve one fixed price before we start.
Our supervisor sets containment, protects floors and equipment, and signs off each area with you before we move on. Coatings are chosen for the substrate, the traffic level and the hours the space must be back in use.
Where we paint
Fulfillment and distribution centers, last-mile delivery stations, retail stores, restaurants, fitness centers, schools and office buildings across New Jersey and the five boroughs, with Staten Island, Middlesex, Union and Essex counties among our most frequent locations.
Frequently asked questions
Can you paint while our building is open?
Yes. Most of our painting is done in occupied, operating buildings. We phase the work, use low-odor products where possible and schedule noisy or high-traffic areas for off-hours.
Do you paint exterior steel and railings?
Yes. Handrails, guardrails, bollards and parking-deck railings are a regular part of our work, with mechanical surface prep and two finish coats.
What do you need for a quote?
Photos or a walk-through, the areas involved, preferred colors and your access hours. We return a written, itemized quote.
