What areas does PrecisionPro serve?
We serve commercial and industrial facilities along the East Coast, from Maine to Virginia: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. New Jersey and New York City are our busiest markets. Depending on the job, crews may be dispatched from regional satellite locations rather than only from our Union County, New Jersey base.
What kinds of buildings do you maintain?
Fulfillment and distribution centers, last-mile delivery stations, retail stores, restaurants, fitness clubs, schools and office buildings.
Which work do you perform yourselves?
Our own crews handle painting and coatings, partitions and drywall, flooring, carpentry and repairs, fixture, sign, guard, bumper and equipment installs, window film, janitorial and specialty cleaning, portable facilities and snow and ice management.
Who performs licensed trades like electrical and plumbing?
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-protection and other licensed trade work is performed by contractors licensed in the state where the work takes place, under PrecisionPro supervision and one contract with you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. PrecisionPro Solutions LLC is registered in New Jersey as a home improvement contractor (Reg. #13VH14132100) and carries general liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), automobile liability and workers' compensation. Certificates of insurance are available on request, with additional-insured endorsements.
Are you a certified minority-owned business?
Yes. PrecisionPro is certified by the State of New Jersey as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
Do you work with government agencies?

How does pricing work?
Every job gets a written, itemized quote before work starts. Work outside the approved scope requires your written change order. Recurring programs are priced in a written service agreement.
