Bryan Pierre-Paul
A results-driven business leader with a dual degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies from Seton Hall University. Bryan bridges strategy and execution — navigating complex client relationships, turning data into decisions that drive outcomes, and building businesses from the ground up. As Co-Managing Member, he ensures every client gets a partner who thinks like an owner and delivers like one too.
Bill Polynice
A versatile entrepreneur with a strong foundation in government contracting, real estate, project management, and consulting. As co-founder of PrecisionPro, Bill leads a portfolio of companies built around one principle: delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, every time. A graduate of Iona College and a master's candidate at John Jay College, he brings proven expertise in market analysis, value-add strategies, and high-standard renovation and facility projects.
